When I finally received the order after 7 days of placing & paying for it - during the entire time I was in constant with you - my order was to be despatched to Woodbine NSW - it went to strathfield NSW then WA where I had to chase you guys to find out what was happening with it - and never once was I offered a refund on my postage - and in the meantime my dog had to wait for her medication I'll be thinking twice to order from you again I'm not too happy to be honest
