Feeding Advice:
Initially feed Renal for up to 6 months in cases of chronic renal insufficiency and reduction of oxalate stone formation. For cases of temporary renal insufficiency a period of 2 to 4 weeks feeding is recommended. It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use or before extending the period of use.

This food is purchased especially for our 19 year old cat as she is beginning to suffer kidney problems. It has taken a while but at least she eats this if we leave it sitting around for her long enough, which is not my choice but her way nowadays. It was recommended by our favourite veterinary service.
