My cat Bella had problems, she had soft stool and had blood show up in her urine.The vet said she was sensitive to certain foods and started her on the sensitivity control and since then has not had any more problems. She loves it and is a happy girl now.
My 15-year old cat has developed food sensitivities in the past year that has caused her a lot of discomfort and litter box issues (not going in the litter box). But within 24 hours of her being put on this diet by our vet, her stool noticeably improved and within 48 hours - all litterbox issues were resolved and her bowel movements back to normal. Because there's 'gravy' in the food, she decided to stop drinking her water - so to ensure she has enough water in her diet to keep her stool soft enough to pass comfortably, we add about 50mL into the packet. So it's like she's eating soup :) But it's clearly palatable - she always eats it all, gets excited when she hears the packet being ripped open. Having a kitty with a happy tummy and a happy colon is a very very good thing!!! Highly recommend you chat with your vet about trying this diet if your cat (of any age) is experiencing digestion/bowel issues!
