I am a 12 year old cross blue cattle dog. My vet prescribed 30 mg of Galliprant once a day. My arthritis was pretty bad, it took me a few hours to get moving in the morning or after a nap. This medication really helped me, eased my pain so much that I can run and play again. It took a few weeks to see the true benifits but no going back now.
Our nearly 14 year old lab is finding this pain medication for her arthritis much better then the previous medication she was on for years. While she is still inflicted with the obvious signs of arthritis, on this new medication she seems to be able to ‘think’ ie. make decisions better. Hope our experience is useful.
