Great prices and quick delivery

POOR
I was extremely disappointed in the handling of my order. I placed an order on Friday and realised it was a long weekend but as you post order next day, I expected capsules on the Wednesday. When I ran to check on order, I was told you were too busy to post my order till Wednesday. This was not acceptable as my dog had a life threatening disease and needed those capsules. I had to go to the emergency hospital to get some capsules to get through last night at a cost of $129 for 15 caps 50mg which meant he needed 8 capsules last night - half a packet!!!! A phone call or email notifying me of the delay would have been the decent thing to do.

Pills seem to work for my GRT and it is great to see less scratching and skin issues...... Service of Petceutics has been great and even got the reorder there in time, the day the old stock ran out. Excellent timing, thanks!
