Great service except for Aust Post express delivery

Written by Ann Miller on 1st Jan 2017

My prescription was delivered to my post office at the estimated time, where it sat for 3 days because Aust Post employees couldn't be bothered to update their tracking system. My calls to them only resulted in their repeating their out of date info. Only when I spoke to their complaints department did I find out my package was waiting at my POBox.
