An inactivated adjuvanted vaccine for the vaccination of pregnant mares to stimulate the production of antibodies against Equine Rotavirus H2 serotype in colostrum and milk as an aid in the management of Rotavirus Enteritis.
Recommendations for Use
Unique specialist breeding vaccine for the vaccination of pregnant mares to provide passive transfer of antibodies to foals to reduce the risk of diarrhoea caused by Equine Rotavirus.
Advantages
- Mares are able to transfer the passive immunity to the foals four weeks after the third vaccination.
- Foals of the vaccinated mares show an increase in antibodies against Equine Rotavirus for approximately sixty days.

Clinical Use
Use entire contents immediately upon opening. Administer 1 mL intramuscularly in the 8th,9th and 10th months of pregnancy using aseptic technique. A booster dose should be given one month prior to foaling for each subsequent pregnancy.
